Yes. The RM1999 one-time setup is required before the monthly subscription begins — it covers account configuration, role question banks, scoring rubric, branding, HR dashboard setup and team onboarding. The first monthly charge starts on the day your portal goes live.
One completed interview session per candidate. Incomplete, expired or withdrawn invites are never charged, and retries you approve for the same candidate within 24 hours are not double-counted.
Starter includes 1 interview language, Growth 2, Scale 3 and Unlimited 5 languages of your choice — any language. The limit is the number of languages the AI interviewer can conduct in, not the number of candidates per language. You can add another language at RM99/month, or move up a tier.
Yes. Swap a language once per billing cycle at no cost; adding one on top of your allowance is a paid add-on that starts on the next invoice.
A custom brand name is included on every tier, and you can launch on a NAX subdomain for free. Buying a new domain costs the TLD fee plus RM199 setup; connecting a domain you already own is a RM299 one-time service charge.
Recurring add-ons appear on the same monthly invoice as your plan and are pro-rated from the day they are activated. One-time add-ons are invoiced once, up front, together with the setup fee. Every add-on is quoted in writing and requires your approval before activation.
Yes. Recurring add-ons can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the current billing cycle — there is no cancellation penalty. One-time charges are non-refundable once the work is delivered.
Yes, with checkout gating. You set the price per attempt, candidates pay by card, FPX or e-wallet, and payouts go straight to your own payment account. Use it for certification, paid assessments or education cohorts — internal hiring stays free.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; the change applies from the next billing cycle and any unused volume is not carried over.
We alert you before the cap. You can add a candidate pack or move up a tier — interviews are never silently blocked mid-hire.
